Board of Directors
Chairperson:
The Chairperson of the Board provides overall leadership, presides over board meetings, and ensures the board functions effectively. They may also represent the organization in external matters.
Vice Chairperson:
The Vice Chairperson assists the Chairperson and may step in when the Chairperson is unavailable. They may also lead specific committees or initiatives.
Treasurer:
The Treasurer oversees the financial management of the organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing. They ensure the organization's financial health and compliance.
Secretary:
The Secretary is responsible for maintaining records of board meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring that the organization adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.
Directors:
Board Directors contribute their expertise and experience to guide the organization's strategic direction, policies, and decision-making. They often lead or participate in board committees.
Executive Leadership Team
Executive Director / CEO:
The Executive Director or Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization. They provide strategic leadership, oversee program implementation, and report to the Board of Directors.
Program Directors:
Program Directors lead various program areas, including livelihood development, education, advocacy, and community development. They are responsible for program design, implementation, and monitoring.
Finance Director:
The Finance Director manages the financial aspects of the organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, fundraising, and grant management.
Human Resources Manager:
The Human Resources Manager oversees recruitment, staff development, and HR policies to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
Communication and Outreach Manager:
This role is responsible for raising awareness about the organization's work, building partnerships, and managing public relations and marketing efforts.
Advisory Board:
The Advisory Board consists of individuals with expertise in relevant fields, such as education, governance, finance, and community development. They provide guidance and recommendations to the Board of Directors and the Executive Leadership Team.
Program Managers and Coordinators:
Program Managers and Coordinators oversee specific projects and initiatives within their respective program areas. They work closely with program staff and volunteers to ensure successful implementation.
Regional and Field Offices:
KALWCYLEF may have regional or field offices in different geographical areas where they operate. These offices are responsible for on-the-ground implementation, coordination, and local partnerships.
Volunteers and Community Representatives:
